Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Hybrid in Miami, FL (open to Remote Depending on Location)

The Role We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. This is a foundational, executive-level role responsible for defining how the brand is positioned, perceived, and scaled. You will work directly with the Founder and Chief Brand Officer (CBO) across both strategy and creative, ensuring that every output, from campaign to conversion, reflects a unified, elevated brand system. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and cultural positioning.

Scope of Leadership You will own and oversee:

Go-to-market strategy and execution

Paid and organic marketing strategy

Product marketing and launch strategy

Data + performance tracking across all channels

Responsibilities

Build and lead the full marketing function

Translate brand philosophy into scalable growth strategies

Define KPIs and performance benchmarks

Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively

Work closely with creative team to ensure brand integrity

Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team

Establish as a category authority in skincare

What We’re Looking For

6–10+ years experience in marketing leadership roles

Experience launching and scaling DTC brand

Proven experience scaling consumer brands (beauty/wellness preferred)

Strong understanding of both brand + performance marketing

Experience leading product launches

Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems (paid, organic, CRM, lifecycle)

Data-driven with strong strategic instincts

Experience managing teams and external partners

Ability to balance long-term brand with short-term revenue

Have worked in science-forward or clinical beauty brands

Have experience building brands from 0 ? scale

Understand founder-led brand dynamics

Have strong PR / cultural positioning instincts
