half of us live in the field —superintendents and job site supervisors who thrive where the action is—while the rest keep the engine running behind the scenes. We specialize in
fast-paced, small-scale commercial construction —the kind of projects that look small on paper but are some of the most technically demanding in the industry.
If that sounds intense—it is. And that’s the point.
We’re hiring an experienced Superintendent
who can start immediately and is looking for a
long-term home , not a parking spot before retirement.
This is a role for someone who:
Takes ownership
Thrives under pressure
Can run a job without being babysat
Wants a real runway, not a quick exit
Location & Travel
Based in
Houston , but
travel is required
Candidates do NOT need to be local
Expect to be on-site for up to 4 months at a time
No relocation required - assignments are often remote or out-of-state
Salary:
$95,000–$125,000 (dependent on experience)
Vehicle stipend:
$500/month
✅ Required Experience

Fast-turnaround projects
3–4+ years
as a superintendent
Strong tenure with a single employer
Experience with
$3M / 120-day projects
is a major plus
Procore and/or PlanGrid experience strongly preferred
Residential
Hotels
The First 90 Days: What Success Looks Like
Reads plans accurately (no chaos at wall-close)
Follows direction—even out of sequence
Solves problems independently and communicates early
Executes owner-driven changes quickly and cleanly
If an owner asks for a mid-stream change and you make it happen
within the week , you’re crushing it.
Bottom Line This is a grinder environment , but a fair one.
