Oversee field operations for ground-up, upfit, and adaptive re-use projects valued at $2M-$5M Lead site coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control Manage the first two assigned projects in the Charlotte NC suburbs before transitioning to additional projects across NC, SC & TN Utilize Procore for documentation, reporting, and project tracking Maintain strong communication with Operations, Estimating, and Executive Leadership teams Profile
A successful Superintendent - Travel should have: 10+ years of construction experience Ground-up or renovation experience; bank project experience is a plus Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in the field Willingness to travel extensively (NC, SC, TN) Job Offer
