Primary responsibilities include:
Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage complex billing arrangements and partner compensation processes.
Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Mentor and develop a high‑performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ethical practice.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other key partners.
Primary qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred).
10+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience, including public accounting background.
Strong background in financial strategy, process optimization, and technology adoption.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management systems, a plus.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
