JR036288**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**· Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across leagues and teams· Lead the evaluation, negotiation, structuring and closing of deals for new partnerships and initiatives· Build long-term relationships with key partners across the sports media landscape· Collaborate with internal leadership to align partnerships with company growth priorities· Lead cross-functional initiatives that convert strategic opportunities into revenue-generating products and programs; creating new revenue streams, technology advancements, and fan engagement· Evaluate emerging opportunities across sports media rights, streaming, data, and digital experiences· Support the development of new business models, including monetization strategies to meet revenue goals· Analyze industry trends across sports media, streaming, and broadcast· Develop business cases and financial models for new opportunities· Monitor competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities· Partner with teams across content, distribution, marketing, advertising sales, and legal to execute partnerships and initiatives· Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful launch and management of partnerships· Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior leadership**WHAT YOU'LL NEED:**· BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience· MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred· Generally, 10+ years of experience in related field preferred**WHAT YOU'LL BRING:**· Proven ability in developing and managing strategic partnerships or media deals· Strong understanding of the sports media ecosystem, including rights, distribution, and streaming platforms· Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills· Background in streaming, broadcast distribution, or sports media rights strategy· Strategic thinking and market insight· Strong partnership development and negotiation skills· Business case development and financial modeling ability· Competent in relationship management and stakeholder influence· Cross-functional leadership and project management skills· Up to 25% travel required#LI-SM2
