HealthDyne’s Account Manager is a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, and driving account success across the organization.
Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for the total service experience of assigned accounts, acting as the primary liaison between the client and HealthDyne. The role supports the Account Team in delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong client relations, and achieving account goals LinkedIn . Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, plan management, and timely issue resolution LinkedIn +1 . Account Oversight : Own the service experience of clients, coordinate with internal teams (finance, IT, legal, sales, clinical, etc.) to understand and meet client needs, and manage contract monitoring, renewals, and implementation support LinkedIn . Service Delivery : Ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately, using tools and processes to meet or exceed client expectations LinkedIn . Industry Knowledge : Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s industry and business needs, and provide education on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape LinkedIn . Collateral & Support : Provide collateral materials and guidance to clients and internal staff to strengthen relationships and service delivery LinkedIn . Performance Tracking : Track and analyze KPIs to assess service effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities LinkedIn . New Business Support : Participate in or support new business and finalist presentations, representing HealthDyne’s service experience LinkedIn . Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Understanding of the healthcare or related industry. Proficiency with plan management, reporting, and service tools. Experience in client service, account management, or related roles is preferred. The role can be remote and may involve regular interaction with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. It requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
