As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently

Manage the car rental process including vehicle pick-up, returns, and addressing any customer concerns

Perform vehicle inspections and communicate rental terms clearly to clients

Coordinate with the operations team to maintain optimal fleet availability and service quality

Stay informed about fleet updates, promotions, and company policies to assist customers accurately

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus

Previous experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in computer systems and rental management software preferred

Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment
