Establish quotas, track progress toward goals, and hold both yourself and your team accountable for achieving results
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, and client services to align sales execution with broader company strategy
Perform other related duties as assigned

Proven ability to build, lead, and scale sales functions while personally delivering results
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Gong.io, web technologies, and other applicable software applications
Familiarity with software as a services (SaaS) and ‘value selling’ (e.g., Challenger Sale or Solution Based Selling) (preferred)
Experience selling to large and complex organizations as well as managing a 6‑12 month full sales cycle (preferred)
