Job Description Our client, Amazon, is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their North America (NA) Centralized Investigations team as an ER Interview Specialist and Investigator, supporting their NA locations. The central objective of the team is to thoroughly and expeditiously interview associates and contractors in a fair, unbiased and consistent manner. The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrates an ability to earn trust, dive deep and work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and business challenges. Candidates must be able to work 5 days a week on-site at one of the following locations: Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA; Seattle, WA; Bellevue, WA; Nashville, TN; San Diego, CA; Tempe, AZ; Atlanta, GA; or Austin, TX.
Responsibilities Conduct 30 interviews a week, on highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues. Analyze data from various internal systems; provide documentation of interviews; support with other administrative tasks. Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback. Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation. Manage your schedule effectively and stay hyper-organized and focused on leading interviews. Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, and 3rd Party Vendors on complex employee investigations. Extreme comfort with tools such as Salesforce, people management software's, amongst others. A curiosity to learn Amazon's method of conducting interviews, and adapting to a new environment.
Minimum Qualifications At least five years of experience in conducting employee investigations or handling complex employee relations issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and engage effectively with associates at all levels. Exceptional writing skills, with experience in documenting investigation findings clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to ask probing and insightful questions to uncover key details and support thorough investigations. Proven administrative skills, with experience in managing projects and handling various administrative tasks efficiently, supporting team operations and objectives.
Compensation, Benefits & Location This role offers competitive compensation of $52/hour and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
