A leading Building Materials industry manufacturer is seeking a motivated and experienced Builder Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the top 30+ national production home builder accounts within the Western states. This is an incredibly unique opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company in the building materials industry, contributing to their continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large top 30+ national home builder accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and secure new business.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Ability to travel across California and other Western states as needed.
Proven experience in account management, preferably within the building materials industry.
Strong understanding of the construction and home building market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
