Role Description We are seeking a full-time, 1099 Contract, Traveling Superintendent to lead and manage on-site construction activities for Hospitality projects. The role involves extensive travel, overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, tracking project progress, and meeting quality standards. The Traveling Superintendent will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, and project execution
Strong organizational skills, scheduling capabilities, and attention to detail
Ability to manage subcontractors and internal crew, enforce safety standards, and ensure project compliance
Effective communication and leadership skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Competency with construction software tools and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
Willingness to travel and remain on site for the full duration of each project
Knowledge of hospitality and commercial construction
OSHA certification is a plus and familiarity with construction safety protocols
