retail, restaurant, office, and tenant‑improvement sectors

Description Lead daily onsite field operations for multi‑state commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, equipment, and workflow sequencing to maintain schedule and quality. Manage jobsite safety programs, enforce OSHA standards, and ensure compliance with company protocols. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure proper implementation in the field. Oversee site logistics, materials delivery, quality checks, and daily jobsite documentation. Conduct subcontractor meetings, daily huddles, and progress reporting to project leadership. Work closely with the Project Manager on forecasting, planning, issue resolution, and client communications. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite that reflects the company's standards. Travel frequently across multiple states depending on project schedule and business needs. Profile 5+ years of superintendent‑level experience in commercial construction. Background with

retail, restaurant, office, or tenant‑improvement builds , or similar fast‑track commercial environments. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical details. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills. High attention to safety, quality control, and jobsite organization. Willingness to travel extensively for multi‑week project assignments. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a professional, client‑focused demeanor. Job Offer Base Salary:

$95,000 - $130,000 Total Compensation (with bonus):

$110,000 - $150,000+ Bonus Range:

10-20% Per‑Diem:

$50 - $125/day depending on project type and location Travel Benefits:

Company‑paid flights, lodging, rental vehicle, and paid trips home (project‑dependent) Vehicle/Allowance:
