Duration : 12+ month contract with likely extensions
Pay : $65 - $75/hr W2

Product Analyst / Deployment Lead
to support the expansion of a large-scale
i npatient patient engagement platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and deployment execution, helping drive enterprise implementations across hospital campuses while ensuring a seamless patient and clinical experience.
The ideal candidate is both product-minded and execution-focused—someone who can gather requirements, coordinate across teams, and help lead large-scale rollouts from planning through go-live.
About the Platform The platform is designed to enhance the inpatient experience by enabling patients to:
Access entertainment (TV, streaming apps, games)
Order meals directly from their room
View schedules, education materials, and discharge information
Conduct virtual visits with care teams
The solution is currently deployed across 2,400+ beds, with 500+ additional beds planned in the next 6 months.
Key Responsibilities Product & Stakeholder Coordination
Gather and document requirements across clinical, operations, nursing, IT, and EHR teams
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Help prioritize incoming requests and assess resourcing needs
Support alignment across patient experience, operations, and engineering groups
Deployment & Implementation
Help lead large-scale deployments across multiple hospital campuses (400–600+ beds at a time)
Coordinate with hardware, software, and QA/testing teams to ensure end-to-end readiness
Conduct onsite assessments to validate infrastructure, workflows, and deployment plans
Support go-live activities, including issue resolution and coordination across teams
Testing & Integration
Partner with QA teams on system validation and user acceptance testing
Work closely with EHR teams and external vendors on backend integrations
Ensure hardware (tablets, TVs) and software systems are functioning as expected
Training & Operational Support
Coordinate training efforts for clinical and operational staff
Identify process improvements to enhance rollout efficiency and user adoption
Required Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a technical or product environment
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience supporting end-to-end implementations or deployments
Comfortable working onsite as needed across multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare or hospital environments
Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic or similar platforms)
Background in IT, infrastructure, or hardware deployments
Experience working with patient-facing or consumer digital products
Exposure to large-scale enterprise rollouts
Hybrid role with onsite presence required based on project needs
Work across multiple campuses within the metro area
Travel schedules are communicated in advance (no same-day travel expectations)
Onsite work typically occurs alongside AV, desktop support, and deployment teams
