Shift: 9-5 Monday-Friday (onsite but flexible with hybrid)
Job Description We are supporting a healthcare organization expanding a patient facing digital platform used on bedside tablets and TVs across hospital units.
The platform helps patients view their care team, order meals, access MyChart, watch TV and streaming services, and manage parts of their inpatient experience.
They are hiring a Project Coordinator / Analyst to manage the onsite execution of new rollouts across hospitals in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island.
This role is hands on and onsite focused. You will coordinate hardware ordering and installation, work closely with nursing and IT teams, train staff before go live, and ensure each unit launches smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone with a desktop support or technical coordination background who enjoys working directly with end users in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project coordination, desktop support, or technology implementation
Experience supporting hardware or system rollouts end to end
Comfortable working onsite across multiple hospital locations up to four days per week
Strong communication skills with clinical and non-technical teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar tracking systems
Comfortable training users and supporting go live activities
$30 to $35
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
