Job Description
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Digital Solutions team of one of our largest healthcare clients in New York City. The team is expanding a patient facing digital platform installed on bedside tablets and TVs across inpatient units. This application enables patients to view their care team, check estimated discharge dates, order meals, log into MyChart, watch TV and streaming services, and access other digital services designed to enhance the inpatient experience.
The platform is currently live in 2,022 beds, with plans to expand to 200–250 additional beds across Brooklyn, Long Island, and Manhattan. Due to internal resource shifts, the team is seeking a Product Coordinator / Analyst to lead and execute the operational and logistical components of these expansions.
This role sits at the intersection of desktop engineering, operations coordination, product implementation, and onsite execution. It requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams (nursing, desktop, operations, vendors, and product).

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical, desktop support, hardware deployment, product, or implementation focused role.
Experience coordinating hardware or system implementations end to end.
Strong communication skills—able to present to clinical staff and build trust quickly.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
Ability to work onsite across multiple hospital campuses (up to 4 days/week).
Comfortable navigating distributed teams in a large enterprise setting.
Healthcare experience or strong passion for healthcare.
Experience supporting patient facing or clinical digital tools.
Ability to train large groups and adapt communication styles to nursing and operational audiences.
Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
