Senior Salesforce Administrator

The Bruning Law Firm, Saint Louis, MO, United States

We're a high-growth personal injury firm with aggressive expansion goals. Salesforce is our operating system — if it's not in Salesforce, it didn't happen. We're building an intelligent, automated practice where technology creates leverage, not overhead.

This isn't a ticket queue. This is architecture work.

The Role You’ll own the Salesforce platform for an 80-person firm running Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a custom legal ops stack. You’ll report directly to our Director of Technology and work directly with department heads to build systems that scale — not just maintain what exists.

We’re investing heavily in Agentforce, MuleSoft IDP, and Data Cloud federation with Snowflake. You’ll have a seat at the table for those decisions.

What You’ll Own

Own system configuration, user management, security, and data integrity

Build and optimize Flows that automate case management, client communication, and intake operations

Partner with legal operations to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

Lead Agentforce deployment for intake and client service automation

Collaborate on MuleSoft integrations for intelligent document processing

Create dashboards and reports that drive real decisions (not just check boxes)

Design intuitive systems that minimize training burden — and provide the documentation and enablement to drive adoption.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years hands‑on Salesforce administration (not just certified — battle‑tested)

Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred)

Deep Flow Builder expertise — you think in automation, not workarounds

Comfort working with data: imports, deduplication, reporting, analytics

Bonus: MuleSoft exposure, Data Cloud, or Agentforce experience

Bonus: You’ve worked in a high-growth environment where "that's how we've always done it" isn't acceptable

What You’ll Get

$125,000 - $140,000 base (based on experience)

Performance bonus tied to project delivery and system impact

$5,000 annual certification and professional development budget

Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contribution

Hybrid schedule (St. Louis office + remote flexibility)

Why This Role Is Different Most Salesforce admin jobs are maintenance. Ours is strategy. You’ll work directly with leadership on the technology roadmap, not buried three layers down from decisions. We're building toward a firm where AI handles the routine and humans handle the judgment calls.

If you want to build something, not just babysit it — let's talk.
