Senior Salesforce Administrator
The Bruning Law Firm, Saint Louis, MO, United States
We’re a high-growth personal injury firm with aggressive expansion goals.
Salesforce is our operating system
— if it’s not in Salesforce, it didn’t happen. We’re building an intelligent, automated practice where technology creates leverage, not overhead.
This isn’t a ticket queue. This is
departmental leadership and architecture work.
The Role As our Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be the
primary technology stakeholder
for an 80-person firm running Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a custom legal ops stack. Following a transition in our leadership team, you will now
own the technology roadmap
and report directly to the firm’s executive leadership.
You won’t just maintain what exists; you will lead the charge in building systems that scale. We’re investing heavily in
Agentforce, MuleSoft IDP, and Data Cloud
federation with Snowflake. You will be the architect and the decision-maker for these initiatives.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Leadership:
Act as the internal consultant for department heads, translating business needs into a scalable technology roadmap.
Platform Ownership:
Total oversight of system configuration, user management, security, and data integrity.
Architectural Excellence:
Build and optimize complex Flows that automate case management, client communication, and intake operations.
Innovation:
Lead the deployment of Agentforce for intake automation and collaborate on MuleSoft integrations for intelligent document processing.
Data Strategy:
Create high-level dashboards and reports that drive executive-level decisions and oversee Data Cloud/Snowflake synergy.
Enablement:
Design intuitive systems that minimize training burden and provide the documentation to drive firm-wide adoption.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration (battle-tested in complex environments).
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred).
Technical Chops:
Deep Flow Builder expertise—you think in automation, not workarounds.
Leadership Mindset:
Comfort working directly with executive leadership and the ability to manage the firm’s technical footprint independently.
Bonus Points:
Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, or Agentforce; experience in high-growth environments where speed is a priority.
What You’ll Get
$125,000 - $140,000 base
(based on experience).
Performance bonus tied to project delivery and system impact.
$5,000 annual certification and professional development budget.
Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contribution.
Hybrid schedule (St. Louis office + remote flexibility).
Why This Role Is Different Most Salesforce Admin jobs are about tickets.
This role is about ownership.
Since you will be the ranking technology lead, you have a direct seat at the table for all strategic decisions. We are building a firm where AI handles the routine and humans handle the judgment calls—you are the one who will build the engine to make that possible.
