
Junior Salesforce Administrator

We're seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join the Bruning Law Firm's IT team. This role will have a hybrid schedule, with on-site work taking place at our St. Louis, MO office. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will provide basic-level Salesforce support and assist with various IT and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide Salesforce support to end-users Provide basic support for additional programs in our IT Stack Manage user accounts and licenses Attend operations meetings to support teams' use of Salesforce and other programs Conduct and assist with Salesforce user acceptance testing Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Familiarity with IT support concepts Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Pay Range and Compensation Package:
