About The Role As an Account Management Intern, you'll immerse yourself in the dynamic environment of a fully integrated agency. Your responsibilities will include:

Work with the agency account management team to deliver operational excellence and profitability management.

Learn about client objectives, expectations and timelines and how to communicate with clients and agency teams.

Learn the intricate details of the guidelines and standards of the brand and unique business challenges.

Assist with the project management workflow and quality of work.

Prepare and assist team leader for client meetings, presentations, and financial reporting.

Be a resource for the agency team and look for opportunities to share your ideas or lead a project.

Work with the other interns for group projects and end-of-internship presentation to agency leader.

Qualifications

Currently a junior or senior in an undergraduate program or recent graduate in a related field of advertising, marketing, or communications.

Basic knowledge of how an integrated agency operates.

Campaign competition experience like NSAC or DECA is a plus.

Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Keen eye for details.

Able to work onsite at the Plano, Texas office: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm for the entire 10-week program starting early June to mid-August.

This is a paid internship: $20.00/hour.
