Role Overview You will support daily brokerage operations, manage customer communication, and ensure accurate updates on all active shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer communication via phone, email, and portals
Track & trace shipments proactively
Provide timely updates to customers
Enter shipments accurately into Turvo (TMS)
Support dispatch, coverage, and operations teams
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Requirements
MUST be based in the United States
1–3 years of experience in logistics, brokerage, dispatch, or customer service
Strong English and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with load boards, TMS, and general U.S. freight operations
High attention to detail and urgency
