
Logistics Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Account Executive with an existing book of business to drive revenue and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in freight brokerage or 3PL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Generate revenue through current client relationships
- Prospect new clients through networking and referrals
- Provide logistics solutions (FTL, LTL, intermodal, etc.)
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining strong margins
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in freight brokerage or 3PL sales
- Existing transferable book of business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to generate and manage revenue
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TMS/CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
