Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
to grow our presence across the Greater Houston market.
Position Overview As a
Commercial Roofing Sales Representative , you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships throughout
Houston and the surrounding areas . This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands
relationship‑based selling , enjoys working in a construction environment, and is motivated by long‑term growth and earning potential.
You will work closely with
estimators, project managers, and branch leadership
to deliver high‑quality roofing solutions to property owners, facility managers, and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout
Houston and surrounding markets
Build and maintain relationships with
property managers, facility directors, building owners, and general contractors
Conduct
on‑site roof evaluations
and client consultations
Partner with estimators to prepare
accurate, competitive proposals
Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
Track leads, proposals, and follow‑ups using
CRM software
Represent Jolly Roofing at
industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Support branch leadership with sales forecasting and market development
Ideal Candidate Profile
Motivated by
long‑term client relationships , not just quick wins
Organized, follow‑up driven , and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Interested in building a
long‑term career , not just a sales job
Comfortable selling
large‑scale commercial projects and service agreements
Qualifications
Commercial sales experience in
roofing, construction, or building services
preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
and CRM systems
Ability to travel locally throughout the
Houston metro area , with occasional regional travel
Valid
Driver's License
(preferred)
Compensation
Competitive base salary
with
commission and performance‑based bonuses
Uncapped earning potential
based on performance
