Role Summary As an Enterprise Sales Executive (RVP, Sales) at Entrata, you’ll identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies in the Texas region. The role is primarily remote, with local and regional travel, participation in apartment associations, periodic visits to the headquarters in Utah, and attendance at national trade shows.

Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.

Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.

Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges.

Answer customer inquiries about our products.

Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements.

Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors.

Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow‑ups.

Qualifications

Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus).

3–5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).

A bachelor’s degree.

A genuine passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals.

An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships.

Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.

Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting, high‑quality relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proven sales results and a track record of success.

The ability to work independently.

Additional Skills and Experiences (Advantageous)

Experience selling CRM software.

Knowledge of property management software.

Experience working with a remote team.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Existing relationships within the property management industry.

Familiarity with the latest trends in property management technology.

Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients.

Compensation In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission. This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
