Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

HR Business Partner needed for a growing firm in Rockland County, NY. Lead impactful HR initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Drive workforce strategies, employee relations and talent management for organizational growth. Must be bilingual Spanish and have experience with unions.

Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days onsite, traveling to different sites in the county.

Hours: 8:30-5:30pm

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner, supporting leadership and employees in achieving organizational goals.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance workforce engagement and retention.

Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.

Utilize data analysis to identify trends and implement strategies for reducing turnover and absenteeism.

Analyze workforce data to develop strategies for improving retention and engagement.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations and development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical practices in all HR operations.

Support labor relations activities and contribute to HR project initiatives as needed.

Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience; 10 years preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS tools; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Bilingual Spanish and labor relations experience a plus.

Sound knowledge of labor laws and government requirements.

Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.

Willingness to travel to multiple locations within upstate New York.
