This position covers both assigned regions supported by outside sales reps and “uncovered” territories that currently lack dedicated field support. The Inside Sales Representative is tasked with generating pipeline and revenue opportunities for both their outside sales counterparts and the open areas they manage. By proactively reaching out to prospects, qualifying inbound leads, understanding customer challenges, and offering customized solutions, they drive business forward using product expertise and effective sales strategies. This role is instrumental in achieving revenue goals and supporting Everis’s broader direct sales efforts. As a hybrid position within Everis’s sales organization, it comes with a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. Key Skills & Responsibilities: Product

Knowledge:

Develop an expert-level understanding of Everis’s products & services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources such as inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and specialized research. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and video calls to engage potential customers and introduce company products or services. Consultative Selling:

Understand customers' needs and pain points by actively listening and asking relevant questions. Present product features and benefits tailored to the customer's requirements. Express ideas and thoughts in both written and verbal form with precision and professionalism. Provide solutions and recommendations that address customer challenges. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and check-ins through the purchasing journey. Display empathy and build emotional connections to end-users. Nurture leads and drive a sales pipeline by tracking interactions and updating Everis’s CRM (HubSpot). Sales Process Management:

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead identification to deal closure. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals. Work with leadership to negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements. Collaboration:

Work closely with Everis’s external & internal teams, including but not limited to Outside Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer needs and enhance the overall purchasing experience. Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Adaptability:

Open to constructive criticism and feedback. Willing to receive customer engagement coaching in the form of call reviews with leadership. Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, sales strategies, and market trends. Can change approach or method to best fit the situation while managing competing demands. Performance Metrics:

Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas within assigned OPEN outside sales territories, as well as in collaboration with the outside sales team members you support (spanning 5+ team territories). Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports are maintained. Regularly travel to outside sales territories to assist with surgical procedures, provide education, and support sales initiatives. Job Duties and Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and ability to apply research to tailor customer messaging Command of Windows/Mac/Mobile operating systems and knowledge on how to use these tools for business organization and communication Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Utilize HubSpot, PowerBI, and Acuity MD for tracking customer opportunities Maintain sales skills and industry knowledge to assure Everis customers are confident in Everis, its products and services, and the Everis brand is represented appropriately Travel for Everis Trade Shows, Medical Education, and Field Sales Support Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required); or two years of related experience and/or training Must possess a valid drivers’ license (for domestic work travel as needed) Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide proper documentation within 3 days of employment Must successfully pass background screening and drug screening Must be able to meet vendor credential screening for hospitals for outside sales support within the operating room with our technologies as required By signing below, you are representing that you can perform your duties as outlined above with or without reasonable accommodation in accordance with the ADA and agree to submit in writing any accommodation requests to the Human Resources department.
