Oversee daily onsite construction operations for K-12 projects. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and field personnel. Enforce safety standards, conduct site inspections, and lead safety meetings. Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and school district stakeholders. Monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with project plans/specifications. Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs. Lead problem-solving efforts to address field challenges quickly and effectively. Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover processes. A successful Construction Superintendent - K-12 / Education should have: 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction (K-12 strongly preferred). Proven track record managing ground-up or renovation school facilities. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety protocols, and field coordination. Ability to build strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 preferred. What's on Offer
