We’re partnering with a large, global services organization to identify a
Director of Financial Reporting
to join their corporate accounting leadership team. This is a high-impact role overseeing
global consolidation, external reporting, and technical accounting , with strong visibility to executive leadership and the Board. The Opportunity
This role will lead the company’s
financial reporting function , ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across a complex, multi-entity global environment. You’ll serve as a key technical accounting resource while partnering cross-functionally with teams across finance, legal, and operations to support strategic initiatives and growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead
global consolidation and financial reporting processes
across multiple entities Oversee
monthly, quarterly, and annual close , including executive and board-level reporting Ensure compliance with
U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal policies Manage
external audits
and serve as primary point of contact with auditors Own and enhance
internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) Research and document
technical accounting matters
(complex transactions, new standards, etc.) Support
M&A activity , including diligence and post-close integration Partner cross-functionally with
FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal Drive
process improvements and system enhancements
across reporting What They’re Looking For
CPA required ~10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting + industry preferred) Strong background in
financial reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting Experience with
SEC reporting and complex accounting topics Proven ability to operate in a
global, multi-entity environment Strong leadership skills with a willingness to be both
hands‑on and strategic Excellent communication and ability to partner across functions Why This Role Stands Out
