Senior Kids' Footwear Merchandiser (NA) – Hybrid

About the Role Parental leave for a High Heat Merchandiser on the Streetwear Footwear Merchandising Icons, Global team. They’ll analyse strategic data to predict a combination of in season hind sighting and future season planning. Including deciding assortment mixes, amounts, SKU investments, and unit investment for business. Responsibilities Creating & maintaining seasonal assortment tools. Partnering with Geo Merchandising teams to gather insights. Supporting seasonal deliverables and meetings. Business reporting and hind sighting. Full or partial ownership of Launch maintenance over Icons. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a combination of relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant experience. Required Skills Strong understanding of consumers and marketplace trend with the ability to synthesize insights into action. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to various cross-functional partners. Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and competing priorities. Attention to detail and understanding the importance of consistency. Proficiency in Excel & Keynote. Great teammate and contributor, with the curiosity and excitement to learn new things. Preferred Skills High Heat/Launch or Collaborator product Merchandising experience is a plus but not a requirement. Footwear specific Merchandising Experience is a plus but not a requirement.
