Outside Sales Representative – Construction Equipment Rentals

About The Opportunity Skyworks LLC is looking for a driven, energetic, and self‑motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our Fort Myers territory. If you’re hungry to build a book of business, love being out in the field, and want a career with uncapped earnings potential, we want to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role: you’ll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting job sites and meeting customers, but you’ll also be expected to report regularly to our Fort Myers, FL office – your “home base” – for meetings, team collaboration, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new customer relationships in the construction industry
Visit job sites daily to prospect new business and support existing accounts
Educate contractors, supers, and PMs on rental solutions that improve efficiency
Follow up on leads, create quotes, and close rental agreements
Track activity and pipeline
Represent Skyworks with integrity, urgency, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
Highly motivated and results‑driven – someone who wants to win
Ability to work independently and manage your territory like your own business
Comfortable walking job sites and engaging with field‑level decision makers
Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sales preferred
