POSITION SUMMARY: As the Sales Representative for our Blending Division, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for our blending manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on developing co-manufacturing partnerships. This includes driving new product development, securing private label contracts, and supporting both existing and emerging brands in bringing products to market. You will receive full support from the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, as well as the Director of Business Development. In this global role, you will be responsible for nurturing long‑term relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary commercial contact within your assigned markets, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and customer needs.

GENERAL PURPOSE: Leverage deep market and customer insights to strengthen customer loyalty, optimize product positioning, and drive both new sales and pricing improvements. Provide strategic leadership to maximize profitability and support sustainable growth in alignment with the company’s vision and core values. Develop and implement targeted strategies and tactical plans to enhance customer-level profitability and expand the customer base within assigned market segments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding of new customers and accounts in our systems to ensure properly executed product launches.

Drive sales performance and cultivate assigned accounts.

Develop and implement effective plans to search for sales leads and prospects for existing products within the assigned area.

Analyze customer performance and closely manage accounts within assigned market segments.

Prepare customer development action plans and effective sales leads and prospects search plans.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Establish and maintain customer, industry, and colleague relationships.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, prices, and sales within the customer resource management program.

Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to customers.

Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

Maintain close communication within the industry to stay abreast of competitive activity, pricing, and market trends.
