Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Morristown, NJ
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join one of our fastest growing clients located in Rochelle Park, NJ. This role, within the beauty industry requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, while also managing day‑to‑day operations with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR matters, aligning people strategies with business objectives
Translate strategic goals into actionable HR plans and deliver measurable outcomes
HR Administration & Operations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee documentation and update HR handbooks
Evaluate and enhance HR programs and policies for compliance and effectiveness
Recruitment
Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to define roles and attract top talent
Training & Development
Collaborate with corporate HR to implement and improve training programs
Coordinate with third‑party providers to deliver targeted learning solutions
HR Analytics
Monitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs
Use data insights to support workforce planning and performance improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of HR Generalist experience with demonstrated strategic impact
Proven ability to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tech‑savvy; experience with ADP, Microsoft Office, Fleet Management Systems, and Health Insurance Systems
Self‑starter with a proactive mindset
Onsite role with flexibility for some hybrid work
Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is $80‑115K. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and holidays.
