
Account Executive - VC & PE Partnerships

QuadSci is an AI company that orchestrates intelligence for revenue and customer success teams. We partner with leading GTM platforms to help enterprise companies drive growth and retention through AI. Having recently completed our Series A, we are scaling our sales team and opening a new, high-leverage channel: private equity and venture capital portfolio partnerships.
The Role This is a net-new, high-ownership sales role. As the AE for VC & PE Partnerships, you will build QuadSci's presence inside the private equity ecosystem, partnering with operating partners and portfolio leadership to deploy QuadSci's AI capabilities across portfolio companies. You will develop and own two core sales motions: the PE Post Close Assessment (helping operating partners drive early focus for new portfolio companies) and the PE Portfolio-Wide Playbook (creating scalable growth and retention programs across PE-backed companies).
This is a hunter role for someone who understands how PE firms operate and can credibly speak the language of operating partners, portfolio CEOs, and RevOps leaders.
What You'll Own
PE Post Close Assessment: Engage PE operating partners shortly after a new portfolio company acquisition to support their initial evaluation and strategic focus areas — QuadSci as a day-one AI resource
PE Portfolio-Wide Playbook: Develop multi-company agreements with PE firms to deploy QuadSci across portfolios with standardized pricing structures, shared collateral, and coordinated go-to-market
Relationship Development
Build and cultivate relationships with operating partners, CFOs, and portfolio company executives at PE and VC firms
Map target PE/VC firms and identify the right entry points - operating teams, growth platforms, and technology councils
Collaborate with internal Transformation Directors to ensure strong handoff and customer success during onboarding
Own a quota tied to new logos sourced through the PE/VC channel
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of PE-backed company opportunities
Contribute to the playbook - this motion is being validated and your input shapes how it evolves
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with exposure to PE-backed or VC-backed company environments
Proven track record of building a channel or partnership-driven sales motion - ideally at companies like Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, Gong, or Salesloft
Experience selling to or working with PE operating teams is a strong differentiator
Executive presence - you can hold a room with a PE operating partner and a portfolio company CFO in the same conversation
Comfortable in early-stage, figure-it-out environments - this motion is being built in real-time
Familiarity with the GTM technology landscape (revenue intelligence, customer success platforms, RevOps)
Self-directed and resourceful - you do not wait for leads to come to you
