Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a
Public Relations Manager
for an established, globally recognized consumer brand. This is a
hybrid position
requiring onsite work for the first 90 days, with a transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Public Relations Manager will lead strategic PR, influencer, and affiliate initiatives across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, managing media and influencer relationships, and executing integrated communications strategies. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute PR, influencer, and affiliate marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement
Manage external PR agencies and oversee campaign execution, performance, and reporting
Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and brand partners
Lead multi-channel editorial planning, press outreach, and seasonal storytelling initiatives
Analyze media coverage, campaign performance, and industry trends to inform strategy
Coordinate events, product seeding, and cross-functional initiatives with internal stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience in public relations, ideally within an agency or consumer brand environment
Proven ability to manage media relations, influencer partnerships, and integrated campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with internal teams and external partners
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers a competitive base salary of
$110,000–$120,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and additional wellness offerings.
