Their core portfolio includes fastcasual restaurants, grocery stores, distribution facilities, data centers, and various commercial programs, with 90% of work spanning DC to Florida. The company prefers candidates who reside on the East Coast and can travel full time.
Job Description
Lead onsite construction activities for fastcasual restaurant and grocery store projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, permitting, and inspections.
Maintain safety compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Oversee project timelines, solve field issues, and maintain daily reporting.
Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and project partners.

The Successful Applicant
Experience as a Traveling Superintendent working on retail, restaurant, or grocery projects.
Strong background managing fastpaced commercial fitouts or groundup builds.
Excellent communication, organization, and client‑facing professionalism.
Must live on the East Coast and be willing to travel extensively.
What's on Offer
Salary: $125,000‑$140,000 base
$35 per day per diem
$400 per month vehicle allowance + $125 per month phone allowance
Flights and hotel fully covered; fly home every other weekend
