Luxury Asset Capital provides confidential, non-recourse loans backed by luxury assets such as watches, jewelry, handbags, fine art and luxury cars. We help clients access liquidity by providing efficient and discreet collateral loans nationwide. Under our Luxury Asset Capital brand, we have four offices: New York Loan in New York, Beverly Loan in Beverly Hills, Borro in Denver and Palm Beach Loan in Florida.

Role Overview Luxury Asset Capital is seeking to add a Senior Director to our Client Management team to support client relationships throughout the loan lifecycle onsite at our New York office and remotely at our Palm Beach office. This role is customer-facing and focused on delivering a tailored, professional experience while managing account servicing, collections, and accurate data management. In addition, this position will support our CFO with high-level collection management strategies and financial reporting as well as assist in improving the efficiency of our internal collection workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding loan status, payments, and general account questions.

Support interest collections through timely, professional client communication and follow-ups.

Meet with clients in person to process payments and complete loan redemptions.

Process and apply client payments accurately across internal systems.

Maintain and update client and loan data in Salesforce, Bravo and related tools.

Monitor account activity and data accuracy, flagging potential issues to CFO and financial team.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from funding through payoff.

Prepare reports of delinquent accounts to share with CFO and relevant stakeholders and strategize to ensure timely and complete payment.

Contribute to improvements in client communication, servicing workflows, and data management practices.

Assist in streamlining collection of data management across multiple software platforms.

Responsible for managing the storage of collateral and auditing organizational processes.

Liaise with bank as necessary to ensure adequate cash flow.

Assist with internal and external audits, finance and data-related projects as required by the CFO.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in client service, account management, or financial operations preferred.

Minimum of three years of experience in collections preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

High attention to detail and comfort working with transactional data.

Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).

Self-motivated, hard-working, organized, reliable, eager to learn and a team player.

Requires strong ethics and confidentiality.

Compensation This position is salaried. Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
