Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a GTM Associate (Spanish Speaking). The GTM Associate will manage client go-to-market strategies, enablement, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of recommended sales activities for clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring comprehensive communication with Spanish-speaking clients. The role also focuses on supporting business development initiatives and driving successful market expansion.
Qualifications
Experience in early-stage venture-backed high-growth startups required
Experience in prospecting, closing, strategy development, and identifying business opportunities
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
Ability to manage customer relationships and engage with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of B2B software, fintech, or AI industries is a must
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in adapting to a fast-paced, remote work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI prospecting tools and analytical tools is advantageous
