Role Overview We are seeking a GTM & Growth Manager to drive go-to-market execution, demand generation, and pipeline creation across AI products and IT services (staffing & consulting). This role will act as the Pipeline Owner, working closely with the Business Development (Sales) team to ensure a strong flow of qualified opportunities and effective product positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities 1. Go‑To‑Market Execution (Products + Services) Develop and execute GTM strategies for:
AI / SaaS products:
NovaSynq, NovaBotX, NovaMatch
IT staffing and consulting services
Target industries, accounts, and buyer personas
Market positioning and messaging
2. Demand Generation & Campaigns
Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach and campaigns.
Email marketing and outbound initiatives.
Event/webinar-based lead generation.
Drive top‑of‑funnel and mid‑funnel pipeline (P5 → P3).
Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the BD team.
Perform initial qualification and ensure fitment with offerings.
Maintain and track pipeline across stages (P5 → P3).
Ensure smooth handoff of sales‑ready leads to BD (P3 → P2).
Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning for products.
Support product demos and early‑stage client conversations.
Identify and support screening of RFP/RFQ/SOW opportunities.
Provide inputs for market research and proposal content (especially product/service narratives).
Support BD and internal teams during bid preparation.
Work closely with BD team to:
Align messaging and campaigns.
Enable BD with:
Campaign insights.
Presentation materials.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years in GTM / Product Marketing / Demand Generation experience.
Strong experience with:
B2B lead generation and campaign execution.
LinkedIn outreach and digital marketing.
Exposure to:
IT services (staffing or consulting).
Basic understanding of RFP/RFQ/SOW processes.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated (P4/P3).
Pipeline contribution to BD (conversion support).
Product visibility and positioning effectiveness.
