We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Personal Lines Operations for our California Personal Insurance Practice, reporting directly to the California Personal Lines President. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across our statewide Personal Lines organization while also providing strategic oversight of our Entertainment Personal Lines Practice. Key Responsibilities – Operations Leadership

P&L accountability for California Personal Lines operations; provide expert guidance to Personal Lines Managers and team leaders in achieving strategic objectives and key business plan priorities Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals while maintaining strong relationships with Personal Lines teams across all California regions Support acquisitions integration, onboarding, training, and professional development of Personal Lines associates; collaborate with other regions and practices throughout California and HUB Partner with producers and senior management to maintain synergy with HUB corporate goals, carrier requirements, and client needs Collaborate with Personal Lines Managers on renewal and marketing processes, procedures, and practices according to established HUB systems and guidelines Ensure optimal utilization of agency management systems and technology platforms across all offices Drive report reconciliation—utilizing various reports to identify variances, lost revenue opportunities, and delayed revenue Coordinate with accounting department on premium collection and agency credit program compliance Stay abreast of new products, lines of coverage, industry trends, developing technology, and innovative concepts; effectively communicate throughout the Personal Lines practice Entertainment Personal Lines Practice Management

Provide strategic leadership and direct oversight of the Entertainment Personal Lines Practice, including producers and service staff Drive growth and retention of Entertainment Practice KPIs through mentorship, training, and competency development Ensure Account Management team delivers top‑level performance on day‑to‑day responsibilities, including underwriting evaluation, client program analysis, forecasting, and client reporting Ensure Account Managers provide strategic support and direction to high‑net‑worth entertainment clients, including short and long‑term planning and overall consulting strategy Strengthen and maintain carrier relationships critical to the entertainment insurance marketplace Represent HUB at industry events, conferences, and association meetings to strengthen brand presence and develop strategic relationships within the entertainment insurance community Coordinate and prepare presentation and illustration of proposals for high‑profile entertainment clients Set up complete policy applications and specifications for renewal business aligned with client needs and producer instructions Qualifications

10+ years of experience in P&C service operations management, with progressive leadership responsibility 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment 5+ years of supervisory/management experience leading service teams Experience with high‑net‑worth or entertainment clientele strongly preferred 5+ years of experience with broker management systems (Epic preferred) Demonstrated expertise in managing service delivery and operational excellence Strong competencies in product knowledge, systems, and procedures Current California P&C license in good standing College degree strongly preferred Self‑motivated with a positive, professional approach Executive presence with confidence and demeanor to interact effectively at all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Position Details

Location: Hybrid role based in Southern California (Encino or Culver City preferred) Reports to: President, California Personal Lines Travel: Periodic travel to California HUB offices as needed Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $190,000 to $235,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This position primarily involves remaining in a stationary position for the majority of the workday. The person in this position frequently communicates with colleagues and clients both in person and on the telephone; must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
