
Sales Account Manager

Join the high-performance sales team as a Business Development Manager driving new business growth
Build pipeline, engage decision-makers, and collaborate with leadership and SMEs to close deals
Drive high-volume prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in the mid-market segment
Identify, map, and engage key stakeholders including IT and OT leaders
Develop and execute account strategies to win new clients and expand existing accounts
Work closely with internal SMEs and leadership to position solutions and close deals
Present TVS Next capabilities: plant floor automation, OT/IT integration, data & AI, and digital product development
Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to generate leads
Track activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately using CRM tools
Continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging for better conversion
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies
What we seek in you:
2–6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or field sales
Strong experience in prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals
High-energy, self-driven, and competitive mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial tech, or automation (preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to travel within the territory (Michigan and Ohio preferred)
