We're looking for a Senior Sales Lead to join our Sales team and build relationships with the best venues and promoters.
About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to join the team at DICE. You’ll be accountable for driving exponential growth amongst North America’s leading venues and promoters in the USA, Canada, and future expansion into Mexico. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in wider global markets to ensure all business opportunities are maximised, focusing on regional expansion and new partnerships.
You'll be
Identifying, negotiating and closing partnerships with venues and promoters.
Educating your network about DICE.
Resetting the DICE brand in the market, working with the teams on creative ways to get DICE and the teams front and centre in each market.
Thinking outside the box to remain competitive and ahead of our competitors.
Using our strategy to find new business for the team across lead generation, deal modelling, negotiation and closing.
Driving the strategy for expansion into new cities within existing markets.
Working with the Sales Operations team to fine‑tune processes, systems and reports to monitor growth.
Working closely with Operations and Product to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.

Experience in a ticketing sales role.
A network of potential partners and local knowledge of North American venues and promoters.
Excellent sales and commercial know‑how.
Great presentation skills and strong commercial modelling skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Data‑driven decision‑making.
Flexibility to travel to cities across North America.
