We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in
Edina, Minnesota . This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities
Act as an intermediary between clients and reinsurers. Process technical transactions (e.g., invoicing and reporting) and ensure they meet contractual obligations. Manage the timely settlement of payments and secure year‑end collateral. Collaborate with peers to innovate and enhance service delivery. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in reinsurance, claims, or accounting. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills. What makes you stand out
Experience in Pro Rata Reinsurance. Knowledge of contract law, contract provisions, reinsurance concepts and principles, basic regulatory controls, and general business trends. Benefits
The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,300 to $103,500. The base pay offered will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We also offer a competitive total rewards package, including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
