Area Sales Manager
to lead and scale performance across the Florida market. This is not a “manage-from-a-desk” role. This is a
field-first leadership position
for someone who understands that revenue is built on jobsites, in mechanical rooms, and across contractor relationships—not in spreadsheets. You’ll take ownership of territory performance by developing people, expanding market coverage, and driving strategic, value-based selling. The Mandate Elevate a team from

relationships and reputation What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Field Leadership (Non-Negotiable) Conduct consistent ride-alongs with sales reps across Florida Lead by example in front of customers, not behind reports 2. Territory & Market Expansion Identify white space and underpenetrated verticals Align sales efforts with construction cycles and seasonal demand 3. Sales Execution & Coaching Lead customer meetings, job walks, and technical discussions Support team on estimates, proposals, and solution design Run lunch & learns, contractor visits, and on-site engagement Identify operational or internal friction slowing down deals Partner cross-functionally to improve speed, service, and delivery Ensure reps are equipped to win—tools, messaging, and confidence 5. Culture & Accountability Set clear expectations on activity, pipeline, and performance Develop a team that competes, executes, and supports each other Build trust through consistency, fairness, and high standards Who This Role Is Built For Option A – The Emerging Leader Top-performing individual contributor ready to step into leadership Already influencing peers and driving results beyond quota Option B – The Proven Leader Experienced sales leader with a track record in HVAC rental, power, or mechanical solutions Comfortable leading both strategy and day-to-day execution Required Experience Minimum

Florida contractors, engineers, and end-users Demonstrated success in
