The Senior Business Analyst – Marketing Analytics is a senior individual contributor who owns the analytical agenda for a portfolio of marketing campaigns and converts data into decision‑ready insights and strategic business recommendations. The role is accountable for defining success metrics, diagnosing performance drivers, quantifying business impact, and influencing marketing and product decisions through rigorous analytics and test‑and‑learn practices. Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end campaign measurement across channels, translating performance drivers into guidance on targeting, messaging, channel mix, and investment. Design and evaluate A/B, multivariate, and incrementality tests with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and statistically sound conclusions. Synthesize complex data into prioritized, actionable recommendations with clear rationale and expected business impact. Deliver executive‑ready insights through compelling narratives and dashboards, partnering cross‑functionally to drive aligned action. Ensure analytics meet data governance and risk standards while continuously advancing analytical and statistical expertise. Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, credit cards, consumer banking, or a related data‑driven role. Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python, or similar) with the ability to analyze and present large datasets; Tableau experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills and marketing curiosity, with a passion for digging into data and understanding customer behavior. Collaborative mindset and confidence to contribute ideas in cross‑functional settings. Demonstrated strength in experimental design, A/B testing, incrementality testing, and statistical analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting insights to senior leaders. Financial services / regulated industry experience preferred. Additional Responsibilities
Provide financial and regulatory reporting and analyses to maintain controls over financial and regulatory reporting processes. Conduct complex business performance, risk, and operational analytics; develop analytical methods/models to assess market, credit, and/or operational risk of financial products. Leverage business/product expertise to analyze large datasets, improve risk‑adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions. Apply predictive models, third‑party data, and other tools to develop segmentation and targeting strategies for acquisition and portfolio risk management. Collaborate with business, credit, data, and model development partners to design, develop, and monitor test designs and analytical reporting. Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role, including a university/college degree and 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience. Value‑added certifications are considered a plus. Pay Transparency & Benefits
Base Salary: $78,000.00 – $156,720.00. Incentive eligibility is based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
