Director of Operations - Hedge Fund Platform

OCR are partnered with a fast-growing hedge fund platform looking to hire a Director of Operations as part of their continued expansion. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight across Middle Office, Back Office, and Trade Support functions, while driving continuous improvement across operational processes to support the firm’s growth and scalability. The ideal candidate will have broad operations experience across SMAs and Prime Brokerage margin & financing, with exposure to multiple asset classes including equities, equity swaps, futures, and options.
