Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups
Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications
Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients
Maintain and update records in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners
Help coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detaill
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies
Preferred (Nice To Have)
Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles
