I’m currently supporting a rapidly growing biotech company in the Rare hematology/oncology space that is looking to bring on a
Regional Business Director
to support their commercial expansion.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll be leading a team of 7–9 reps while helping drive the success of an already approved, high-growth product with a strong pipeline behind it. The company is in a key growth phase, making this a great opportunity to step into a role where you can truly make an impact and help shape the commercial organization.
Location: Ohio Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team (7–9 reps)
Build and execute regional business and territory strategies
Drive product adoption through strong cross-functional collaboration (market access, medical, commercial)
Manage performance, KPIs, and overall regional execution
Optimize territory alignment, targeting, and sales planning
Partner with leadership to help scale and shape the commercial organization
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries including at least 6 years in sales leadership roles
Over 4 years Oncology experience required
Track record of driving performance and exceeding targets
Experience building and developing high-performing teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience supporting or leading product launches is a plus
