Sales Account Manager – Fitness – Hospitality & Residential Location: Atlanta, GA (Field-based, covering a 3-hour radius around Atlanta)

Compensation: $75k-$80K base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $150k+) and full benefits

About The Opportunity Our client is a global leader in fitness equipment and wellness solutions, serving businesses, athletes, and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive new business development and manage existing accounts. This role involves building strong client relationships, managing a diverse product portfolio, and achieving sales targets. In this role, you'll focus on building new business relationships with luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, and wellness-driven real estate groups.

Key Responsibilities

Meet local sales, profitability, and cash flow goals

Develop new business and maximize market potential

Generate leads, profile customers, and manage CRM updates

Increase customer satisfaction and provide market feedback

Maintain and grow client relationships

Conduct regular customer and prospect visits

Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in account management or a related role

Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a similar field

Experience managing complex deals and solution-based selling

Strong consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills

CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred

Results-driven with excellent communication and organizational skills
