Job Description: E-Commerce Specialist

Position Summary The E-Commerce Specialist role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing client-facing e-commerce stores and digital ordering programs. This role supports branded company stores, uniform programs, and custom promotional product solutions by ensuring accurate product setup, smooth ordering experiences, and strong collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations of B2B e‑commerce platforms used for company stores and client programs
Build, launch, and maintain branded client storefronts, including product setup, pricing, categories, permissions, and user access
Create and maintain product listings with accurate SKUs, pricing tiers, decoration methods, lead times, and compliance requirements
Coordinate closely with sales, account management, and production teams to support client programs and promotions
Accurately review customer orders in a timely fashion
Troubleshoot platform issues and elevate technical challenges as needed
Promote the store to the customer audience
Document processes and best practices for store builds and ongoing maintenance
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
2+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital operations, or promotional products
Knowledge of website design and tools, user experience, and other e‑Commerce‑related technologies. WordPress knowledge is a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, customer service, suppliers, and production teams
Strong presentation skills, both in‑person and remote
Technical competency
Proficient using social media and search platforms; Google G Suite, Microsoft Office, and other common relevant tools and software
