
Business Development Representative- Expansion

As part of the Expansion BD team, you will be responsible for driving growth within existing Whatfix customers by identifying new use cases, business units, and stakeholders. You will work closely with Account Managers (AMs) to unlock expansion opportunities across Digital Adoption, Mirror (AI roleplay), and other Whatfix products, contributing directly to revenue growth and pipeline acceleration.
What will you get to do?
Own a set of named customer accounts and drive expansion pipeline within them
Partner closely with Account Managers (AMs) to identify whitespace opportunities across business units, geographies, and use cases
Build and execute account-specific outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls) based on account context and product fit
Identify and engage net-new stakeholders within existing customers (L&D, HR, Ops, IT, etc.)
Drive conversations around new product lines (e.g., Mirror AI roleplay, analytics, AI agents)
Conduct discovery‑led conversations to uncover expansion use cases and qualify opportunities
What you should have?
Strong account research and stakeholder mapping skills
Ability to understand customer lifecycle and expansion triggers
Experience working with Account Managers / Sales teams in a pod structure
Comfortable selling new product lines within existing accounts
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
