U.S. logistics and parcel company
(backed by a global network), is entering a critical stage of expansion and is looking for a senior sales leader to shape and scale their national sales organization.
This is
NOT
a role for someone who just wants to manage an existing team.
This is for a leader who thrives in building, evolving, and driving revenue at scale.

Leading and scaling a national sales organization across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB.
Driving revenue growth through strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Building and expanding strategic partnerships and platform channels.
Coaching and developing sales leaders to drive accountability and performance.
Engaging directly with key enterprise clients and high-value opportunities.
Partnering with executive leadership to shape commercial strategy and market expansion.
Expand platform and indirect revenue channels (resellers, integrations, partnerships).
This is a highly hands-on leadership role, focusing not only on strategy but also on actively coaching sales leaders, engaging in key deals, and driving execution across the organization.
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Experience building or managing platform-based/reseller sales channels is required
Strong background in enterprise sales and complex deal cycles
Proven experience scaling or restructuring sales organizations
Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries (preferred)
Strong value-based selling mindset (not competing on price)
Highly strategic, but still hands-on when needed
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Collaborative, team-first leadership style with high accountability
We’re looking for someone who thrives in building, scaling, and leading through transformation.
Base:
$130K – $150K.
OTE:
$210K – $230K.
Performance-driven bonus structure aligned with revenue growth.
Flexible within the U.S. (CA, TX, AZ).
